Improving access to care is at the forefront of the health care agenda. The challenge for the health care system is to develop, test, and implement successful methods and programs so that individuals encounter minimal barriers in obtaining health and social services.
Through its grant-funded projects, GNYHA Foundation seeks to develop tools that promote better access to needed services. GNYHA Foundation achieves this objective by creating collaborative models across consortia of providers and other interested parties.
